Інгредієнти:
- Flour 120 g
- COOKIT almond flour 40 g
- Cinnamon 2.5 g
- Salt pinch
- Melted butter 100 g
- Condensed milk 40 g
- COOKIT chocolate glaze 200 g
Кроки приготування:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well. Divide the dough into equal parts, according to your mold. Spread the dough into the silicone mold so that it takes up the entire space of the mold.
- Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 175 °C until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool completely and cover with chocolate. Add the melted glaze to the same mold and dip the cookies.
