Pasteurized Blackcurrant Purée by RAVIFRUIT
Natural berry purée in convenient Tetra Pak packaging, designed to fully preserve the deep color, rich flavor, aroma, and vitamin content of fresh blackcurrants. Made without flavorings, preservatives, or colorants, the product contains carefully selected blackcurrant purée (90%) and sugar (10%), providing a perfect balance of natural tartness and sweetness. It contains the same high-quality components as the frozen range but is much easier to use, as no prior thawing is required.

High-tech pasteurization and unique packaging maximize the preservation of the berries’ natural pigment and characteristic aroma. Thanks to a carefully tailored production process for each type of fruit, oxidation, bitterness, or discoloration is prevented, ensuring full retention of the authentic color, texture, and flavor of blackcurrants in the final purée.

Ideal for sorbets, ice cream, mousses, fruit jellies, glazes, cocktails, or enjoyed on its own. Using this purée ensures smooth texture, consistent results year-round, and significant time savings in fruit preparation. No freezing is required.
